Local Waterfront Revitalization Program & Comprehensive Plan

The Local Waterfront Project Advisory Committee worked diligently along with Behan Planning on a plan to improve our Town! The committee is dedicated to the beautification, preservation, and revitalization of our lands, waterfront, and the Hamlets of Milton and Marlboro. 

The Town was awarded a Certificate of Approval from the State of New York Department of State on November 12, 2020.Certificate of Approval LWRP
